Link Holdings Limited Announces Appointment of Leung Kai as an Independent Non-Executive Director and as A Member of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, Effective June 8, 2026 Link Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Leung Kai Ho had been appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from June 8, 2026. Mr. Leung, aged 38, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The Hong Kong Shue Yan University in Hong Kong in 2010. He had over 14 years of experience in administration, operations support and customer service. Mr. Leung had been a manager of Exceed Consulting Limited, a recruitment agency principally engaged in placement, payroll and field fill services, since February 2024. He was a hotline customer service supervisor at HKetoll (Kowloon Bay) from February 2023 to September 2023, where he assisted in handling and following up customers’ requests and enquiries and was involved in preparation, analysis and follow-up actions for improvement projects. From March 2017 to October 2022, Mr. Leung served as an operation officer at Autosec Hong Kong Limited, where he provided administrative support to operational tasks and handled general documentation and clerical work, including data input, documentation handling and follow-up of work orders. Prior to that, he worked as an officer at WL Technology Global Limited from April 2012 to January 2017, where he was responsible for providing administrative support to operational functions. Mr. Leung had entered into a letter of appointment with the Company in relation to his appointment for an initial term of three years commencing from June 8, 2026, which may be terminated by not less than one month’s prior notice in writing served by either party on the other. Mr. Leung had been appointed as a member of each of the audit committee and remuneration committee of the Company with effect from June 8, 2026. Following the appointment of Mr. Leung, the number of independent non-executive Directors met the minimum of three independent non-executive Directors on the Board required under Rule 5.05(1) of the GEM Listing Rules; the number of independent non-executive Directors represented one-third of the Board as required under Rule 5.05A of the GEM Listing Rules; and the number of Audit Committee members met the minimum of three as required under Rule 5.28 of the GEM Listing Rules.
