Announces Appointment of Wang Yuanxue to Chief Executive Officer, Effective July 13, 2026 MEGAIN Holding (Cayman) Co., Ltd. announced that Mr. Wang Yuanxue has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company with effect from 13 July 2026. Mr. Wang, aged 43, has nearly 20 years of experience in the semiconductor and integrated circuit industry, with extensive expertise in strategic planning, management and market operation. Mr. Wang joined Geehy Microelectronics Inc. he parent company of Geehy International Limited (the "Offeror") (for details, please refer to the joint announcement issued by the Offeror and the Company dated 23 January 2026), an integrated circuit design company that principally engaged in
the development of industrial and automotive grade microprocessors, mixed-signal analog integrated circuits, MCUs, printer multi-controller SoCs, printer cartridge chips etc. in 2007. Since joining Geehy Microelectronics, Mr. Wang has held various management positions, including deputy general manager. He currently serves as the general manager of Geehy Microelectronics and is primarily responsible for its overall business operations
