Jiaxin International Resources Investment Limited provided group earnings guidance for the Six Months Ended 30 June 2026. The Group is expected to record a net profit attributable to equity holders of the Company in the range of approximately HKD 1.45 billion to HKD 1.55 billion for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (the "Relevant Period"), representing a turnaround compared to the net loss attributable to equity holders of the Company of approximately HKD 6 million for the corresponding period in 2025. Based on the information currently available, the profit for the Relevant Period is primarily attributable to the Group's commercial extraction and production of tungsten concentrates during the Relevant Period. The significant increase in net profit attributable to equity holders for the Relevant Period was mainly due to the following two reasons: (1) the Group commenced commercial production in April 2025. During the corresponding period in 2025, the production time was less than two months, whereas the Company achieved a production duration of six months during the Relevant Period; and (2) the average selling price of tungsten concentrates after commercial production increased substantially for the Relevant Period. Currently, the Group is advancing its production and operations in an orderly manner in accordance with its annual plan, and all disclosed matters are progressing steadily.
