Yeebo (International Holdings) Limited Announces Board Changes, Effective August 24, 2026

Yeebo (International Holdings) Limited announced that Mr. Leung Tze Kuen retired as executive Director at the conclusion of the annual general meeting of the Company held on August 24, 2026. Mr. Leung had informed the Board that in order to devote more time to his family, he had decided not to offer himself for re-election at the annual general meeting of the Company held on August 24, 2026 as an executive Director of the Company. The Board announced the appointment of Mr. Chan Kwok Kit, John as an executive Director with effect from August 24, 2026. Mr. Chan, aged 49, has 26 years of experience in direct investment, capital raising and investment banking serving corporate clients in the Greater China and Asian region as well as multinationals. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Chan was a managing partner and a key person of CEL Global Investment Fund, L.P. and CEL Catalyst China Israel Fund, L.P. Prior to assuming leadership roles for private equity funds sponsored by China Everbright Limited (“CEL”), he was a core member in developing strategic initiatives and principal investments for CEL. Prior to joining CEL, Mr. Chan held various positions at multinational investment banks including ABN AMRO and Macquarie Group in Hong Kong. Mr. Chan holds a Master of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge. Mr. Chan has entered into a letter of appointment with the Company and the term of his service shall continue for a period of 3 years commencing on his appointment. His appointment is subject to the relevant provisions of retirement and re-election at the annual general meetings of the Company. Mr. Chan will hold office until the next annual general meeting of the Company and will be eligible for re-election at that meeting in accordance with the bye-laws of the Company or any other applicable laws whereby he shall vacate his office. Following the retirement of Mr. Leung and appointment of Mr. Chan, the Company has six Directors comprising three executive Directors and three independent non-executive Directors.
