Mexan Limited Announces Board and Committee Changes, Effective July 22, 2026 Mexan Limited announced that Mr. Lun Yiu Kay Edwin had tendered his resignation as the chairman of the Company, an executive director of the Company, an authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities, the chairman of the executive committee of the Company, the chairman of the nomination committee of the Company, and the member of the remuneration committee of the Company with effect from July 22, 2026 to concentrate on other business commitments. After the resignation of Mr. Lun, Ms. Chan Wai Yan, the independent non-executive director, had been appointed as the authorised representative of the Company with effect from July 22, 2026. Following the resignation of Mr. Lun, with effect from July 22, 2026, the composition of the board committees had been changed as follows: Mr. Law Hok Yu, the executive director, had been re-designated as the chairman of the Executive Committee; and Ms. Li Ching Yi, the independent non-executive director, had been re-designated as the chairman of the Nomination Committee.
