Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy Group Limited Announces Executive and Committee Changes, Effective July 22, 2026 Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy Group Limited announced that with effect from July 22, 2026: Mr. Li Tianzhang had resigned as an executive Director, a member and the chairman of the Nomination Committee; Mr. Wang Wenbo had resigned as an executive Director; Mr. Li Li had resigned as an executive Director; Mr. Kang Jian had been appointed as an executive Director, a member and the chairman of the Nomination Committee, in replacement of Mr. Li Tianzhang; Mr. Liu Yao had been appointed as an executive Director; Ms. Wang Zhupin had been appointed as an executive Director; and Mr. Liu Zhijie had been appointed as the vice chairman of the Board. Mr. Kang Jian, aged 56, is an economist, with over thirty years of experience in finance, investment and corporate management. Mr. Kang has served as an executive director and the chairman of the board of Shandong Hi-Speed Holdings Group Limited since April 2026. Mr. Kang has been the deputy secretary of party committee, director and general manager of Shandong High Speed Sichuan Industrial Development Co. Ltd. from February 2025 to April 2026, has concurrently served as a non-executive director of Weihai Bank Co. Ltd. from December 2024 to April 2026, has concurrently served as a non-executive director of Qilu Expressway Company Limited from June 2023 to July 2025, and has served as the deputy general manager of Shandong Hi-Speed Company Limited from April 2019 to February 2025. Mr. Kang has served as the vice president of Ping An Bank Co. Ltd. Jinan Branch from September 2013 to April 2019, the vice president of Jinan management department of Industrial Bank Co. Ltd. Jinan Branch from October 2012 to June 2013 and the president and leader of the preparation team of Industrial Bank Co. Ltd. Tai’an Branch from March 2010 to October 2012. He served as multiple senior management positions at Industrial Bank Co. Ltd. Jinan Branch from June 2001 to March 2010. He successively worked at the human resources department, the investment department, the asset preservation department and the credit department of China Construction Bank Corporation Shandong Branch from August 1992 to June 2001. Mr. Kang graduated from the department of investment and economic management of Shandong University of Finance and Economics (formerly known as Shandong University of Finance) in 1992, majoring in investment economic management, and received his bachelor’s degree in economics, majoring in finance from Shandong University of Finance and Economics (formerly known as Shandong University of Finance) in 2003. Mr. Liu Yao, aged 40, has served as an executive director of Shandong Hi-Speed Holdings Group Limited and holds directorship of a number of subsidiaries of Shandong Hi-Speed Holdings Group Limited. Mr. Liu has obtained a master’s degree in Finance from Shandong University of Finance and Economics, and is a certified financial risk manager in the United States. Mr. Liu previously worked for the urban operation segment, the division of investment development of Shandong Hi-Speed Company Limited and the investment development division (property right management) of the headquarters of Shandong Hi-Speed Group Co. Ltd. He had participated in professional trainee exchange programmes held by the investment banking division of Everbright Securities Company Limited and the fund management company of Everbright Capital Investment Limited, respectively. Ms. Wang Zhupin, 51, is currently the CEO of Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited. She also holds directorships in several subsidiaries of Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited. Ms. Wang is currently a director of GreenTech Environmental Co. Ltd. Ms. Wang holds a doctorate degree in Hydraulic Structure Engineering from Dalian University of Technology and completed postdoctoral research at China Agricultural University. She is a professor level senior engineer (Water Supply and Drainage Engineering). Ms. Wang previously worked as project manager at Beijing Zhongjiao Construction Engineering Consulting Co. Ltd., principal staff member of the infrastructure division at Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, deputy director of the drainage management division and deputy director of the planning and programming division at Beijing Municipal Water Authority, and concurrently served as director of the Secretariat of the Capital Water Resources Coordination Committee. Full year 2025 earnings: EPS misses analyst expectations Full year 2025 results: EPS: CN¥0.10 (down from CN¥0.13 in FY 2024). Revenue: CN¥4.41b (flat on FY 2024). Net income: CN¥228.8m (down 20% from FY 2024). Profit margin: 5.2% (down from 6.4% in FY 2024). Revenue was in line with analyst estimates. Earnings per share (EPS) missed analyst estimates by 18%. Revenue is forecast to grow 1.3% p.a. on average during the next 2 years, compared to a 4.4% growth forecast for the Renewable Energy industry in Hong Kong. Over the last 3 years on average, earnings per share has fallen by 1% per year but the company’s share price has fallen by 21% per year, which means it is performing significantly worse than earnings.
