In addition, it offers insurance and reinsurance services; and leases of acquired real estate properties and equipment for petroleum, refining, storage and distribution facilities, gasoline service stations, and other related structures. The company sells its products through service stations; LPG dealerships; and lube outlets. It also exports its products. The company was formerly known as Petrophil Corporation and changed its name to Petron Corporation in February 1988. Petron Corporation was founded in 1933 and is headquartered in Mandaluyong City, the Philippines. Petron Corporation is a subsidiary of SEA Refinery Corporation.
