NOW Corporation provides telecommunications, media, and information technology products and services in the Philippines. The company operates through three segments: Software Licenses and Services, IT Manpower and Resource Augmentation, and Broadband and Wireless Cable TV Services. The Software Licenses and Services segment offers HCL collaborations solutions, including software and IT-enabled services for developing business solutions and applications; technical services, such as migration, network administrator, technical support, and other support services related to the maintenance of HCL products; and IT software services, including data analytic, e-forms, and portal, as well as software application development, maintenance, and support. This segment also provides cloud hosting that visualizes the IT infrastructure for small medium enterprises and corporate users; virtual private networks; cloud-based multimedia conferencing services consists of cloud-based server and applications; web hosting, cloud-based mail, and messaging services; website and mobile application development, and animation services; and NOW Eazy Biz, a solution for data points, such as sales performance, finance, task management, HR, inventory, and other business functions. The IT Manpower and Resource Augmentation segment provides IT staff augmentation and managed services. The Broadband and Wireless Cable TV Services segment markets fiber-in-the-air fixed wireless broadband services that allow its subscribers to download, upload, stream, and share files, as well as wireless cable TV services. It also provides high-speed broadband Internet, multimedia content and conference, mail and messaging, online gaming, and electronic communications network and services. The company was formerly known as Information Capital Technology Ventures, Inc. and changed its name to NOW Corporation in August 2013. The company was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Makati City, the Philippines.
