FedNat Holding Company was founded in 1991 and is based in Sunrise, Florida. On December 11, 2022, FedNat Holding Company, along with its affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
