Summary Five Point Holdings, LLC is in the business of monetizing land that they own and that they manage and own or just manage. Mostly, it is proprietary. The current results are being driven by ventures in selling retirement communities, but their other big exposure in terms of acreage is a mixed-use planned community called Valencia. Our main thinking here is that the direction is negatively affected by trends in cost of capital, given inflation and likely Fed policy.
