PST Group AB, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the construction of buildings, structures, and other facilities and networks in Lithuania and internationally. It operates through four segments: Construction, Steel Structures, Wood Panel Houses, and Other Activity. The Construction segment undertakes the construction, design, and installation of various buildings, structures, facilities, and communications. This segment is also involved in electrical installation works, renovation of buildings, installation of plumbing, sewage, and fire protection systems, video surveillance systems, and security and fire alarm systems. The Steel Structures segment designs and fabricates steel structures for construction purposes, as well as supplies steel structures to various companies. The Wooden Panel Houses segment is involved in the production and construction of wooden panel houses. The Other Activity segment engages in real estate development; wholesale trade of building materials; production of aluminum constructions; and installation of concrete floors. In addition, it engages in the installation of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems in buildings; installation of indoor water supply, wastewater, and fire-fighting systems; design, start-up, and commissioning of indoor utility systems; wholesale of construction materials, such as stoneware and glazed tiles for indoor and outdoor applications; real estate preparation, rental, and sale activities; and production of aluminum profile systems, as well as aluminum-framed windows and doors. The company was formerly known as AB Panevezio Statybos Trestas and changed its name to PST Group AB in March 2025. PST Group AB was incorporated in 1957 and is based in Panevezys, Lithuania.
