Kulkarni as Chief Business Officer – Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) Division, RMC Division – Ash & Coal Handling BU, and Mr. Prasad Jakkaraju as Vice President /Head – ESG, ESG & EHS, as Senior Management Personnel of the Company, with effect from August 22, 2026. Mr. Anil S. Kulkarni is a seasoned business leader with over 29 years of experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete, concrete and building materials industry, with extensive expertise in business operations, profit centre management, strategic growth, market expansion and operational excellence. He holds a B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering and an MBA/PGDM in Marketing. Mr. Prasad Jakkaraju is a strategic ESG and sustainability professional with over 22 years of experience in sustainability, environmental health and safety, ESG integration, regulatory compliance and risk management across manufacturing, chemical, agrochemical and consumer products sectors. Refex Industries Limited Announces Redesignation of Lalitha Uthayakumar from President – Refrigerant Gas Business to General Manager – Accounts, Effective August 01, 2026 Refex Industries Limited, at its board meeting held on July 29, 2026, approved the re-designation of Ms. Lalitha Uthayakumar from President – Refrigerant Gas Business to General Manager – Accounts, with effect from August 01, 2026, consequent to discontinuation of the Refrigerant Gas Business and re-alignment of organizational responsibilities. Consequent to this, she shall cease to be a Senior Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from August 01, 2026.
