The Board of Directors had accepted his resignation on June 20, 2026, and he was relieved from the services of the Company effective close of the business hours on June 20, 2026. There was no other reason for resignation except as mentioned in the attached resignation letter. Mr. Subodh Kumar had resigned from the post of Chief Financial Office on May 27, 2026. This decision was a personal one, as he wished to explore new professional opportunities for future growth. His last working day with the Company was mutually discussed and agreed till June 20, 2026.
