It operates through two segments, Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking. The company offers savings, current, salary, children, youth, and goldfish deposit accounts; foreign currency account; overdrafts; personal, mobile, business mortgage, salary advance, women’s, and construction loans; term loans, supply chain financing, import duty finance, and asset finance services; swift transfers and correspondent banking; and mortgage finance solutions. It also provides corporate banking services for corporates, agri business, energy and naturl resources, ICT, infrastructure, and construction, as well as education, health, and financial services; solutions for NGOs, diplomatic missions, public sector and private sector firms; and government and public sector banking. In addition, the company offers investment services, custodial and investor services, fixed income and money market products, treasury bond and bill, and fixed and call deposit accounts; and money transfer services. The company was incorporated in 1965 and is headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya. The Co-operative Bank of Kenya Limited operates as a subsidiary of Co-opholdings Co-operative Society Limited.
