The Services and Solutions segment engages in consulting, implementing, upgrading, and managing applications in the areas of enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management; and managing projects and human capital outsourcing, as well as sales of software. The Investments segment invests in local equity funds and shares, as well as funds managed by portfolio managers. The Training Services segment offers training services under the franchise agreement with the franchisor. The company’s IT infrastructure solutions comprise data center infrastructure, network infrastructure, and cyber security, as well as provides professional services, including project implementation, solution architecture and design, on demand support, and annual maintenance contract services. It also offers software solutions, including infrastructure and engineering software solutions; and student and learning management systems. In addition, the company provides healthcare information system solutions, such as PANMEDICA, a solution for medium and large size hospitals with inpatient facilities; PANLAB, a system that handles the issue of maintenance and printing of various lab reports; PANPHARMA, a system for pharmacies; and PANCLINICA, a system for polyclinics and medical centers, as well as trades in automation equipment and secondment of staff.
