JOOYONTECH CO., Ltd announced a private placement to issue 1,000,000 shares at an issue price of KRW 1,000 per share for gross proceeds KRW 1,000,000,000 on July 20, 2026. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Hwapyong Holdings Co., Ltd. for KRW 1,000,000 shares.
