In addition, the company provides janitorial and business facility maintenance services; invests in venture business and technologies; and manages intellectual property, as well as produces and sells LCD modules and monitor sets. The company was formerly known as LG.Philips LCD Co., Ltd. and changed its name to LG Display Co., Ltd. in March 2008. LG Display Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1985 and is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea.
