Uni-Chem Co., Ltd. announced that it expects to receive KRW 5 billion in funding from JH People CO., Ltd Uni-Chem Co., Ltd. announced a private placement to issue 10,000,000 shares at an issue price of KRW 5,000,000,000 on June 10, 2026.
