AUTO& Inc. announced a private placement to issue Zero Coupon Series 5 Unregistered Non-Interest-Bearing Unsecured Private Convertible Bonds due November 28, 2030 for gross proceeds of KRW 8,500,000,000 on November 20, 2025.
