Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 6,000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a contract with KIWOOM SECURITIES Corp. The purpose of the share repurchase is stock price stability, shareholder value enhancement and use as a resource for employee compensation. The repurchase program will expire on December 11, 2026.
