BL Pharmtech Corp. (KOSDAQ:A065170) completed the acquisition of an additional 5.73% stake in Kwangdong Healthbio Co., Ltd. (XKON:A086220) from Magna ABC Fund managed by MAGNA Investment Co., Ltd. for KRW 1.0 billion. BL Pharmtech Corp. (KOSDAQ:A065170) agreed to acquire an additional 5.73% stake in Kwangdong Healthbio Co., Ltd. (XKON:A086220) from Magna ABC Fund managed by MAGNA Investment Co., Ltd. for KRW 1.0 billion on July 13, 2026. A cash consideration of KRW 1.05 billion will be paid by BL Pharmtech Corp. As part of consideration, KRW 1.05 billion is paid towards common equity of Kwangdong Healthbio Co., Ltd. Upon completion, BL Pharmtech Corp. will own 13.96% stake in Kwangdong Healthbio Co., Ltd.
The expected completion of the transaction is July 13, 2026.
