The Aviation business segment offers cargo airline solutions, encompasses commercial cargo operations, ground handling, oceanic transshipment hub, on-demand cargo depot services, and other aviation related services. The Financial Services segment provides financial services business, which involves moneylending and hire purchase financing businesses. The Others segment offers information and technology solutions and services. In addition, the company distributes telecommunication products, services, accessories, and devices and other multimedia hardware and software; and airline charter flight and various aviation facilities. Further, it provides automation solutions, software development and maintenance services, and business and marketing consultancy services; insurance agency; financial and aircraft leasing; moneylending activities; information technology; electronic commerce; on-demand warehousing solutions; cargo handling and check-in with automated weighing and sorting facilities; and seafood transshipment warehouse, and livestock freshness services, as well as retail management, and food and beverages. The company was formerly known as Ingenuity Consolidated Berhad and changed its name to MMag Holdings Berhad in January 2016. The company was incorporated in 2003 and is based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.
