In addition, the company engages in the operation and provision of engineering services for water treatment plants and related services; design, operation, and provision of senior living, and care centre facilities and services; management and supply of accommodation; sale and distribution of utilities; leasing of auditorium space for performing arts; and operation of an educational institution from early years to Grade 12, as well as exhibition centers for various events, exhibitions, seminars, concerts, and consumer fairs.
