The company was formerly known as PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk and changed its name to PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk in June 2018. The company was founded in 1859 and is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk is a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero).
