The company also offers consulting services for construction supervision and project management of small and medium hydropower projects, power lines, and substations of approximately 110 KV; consultancy on investigation, collection, calculation, forecast of meteorology, hydrology of construction phase, preparing investment, projects of construction, civil, engineering infrastructure works, aquariums, river bank, and coast protection works; vocational training consultancy services, including management and operation of hydropower plants; consultancy services on environmental, and agriculture and residential resettlement; and repair and maintenance services for hydropower plants. In addition, it supervises the construction of irrigation and hydropower works; installs equipment for construction works; provides geodetic surveys of works; and offers consultancy services on assessing quality of construction works, as well as verifying and testing quality of dam and hydropower plants. The company was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Da Nang, Vietnam.
