Revenue: €14.8m (down 16% from 2Q 2025). Net loss: €456.0k (loss narrowed 74% from 2Q 2025). Revenue missed analyst estimates by 7.2%. Earnings per share (EPS) were also behind analyst expectations. Revenue is forecast to grow 2.3% p.a. on average during the next 3 years, compared to a 11% growth forecast for the Software industry in Finland. Over the last 3 years on average, earnings per share has fallen by 12% per year but the company’s share price has fallen by 39% per year, which means it is performing significantly worse than earnings. Vincit plc Announces Management Changes, Effective July 1, 2026 Vincit Plc announced that it expanded its leadership team, appointing the heads of its business areas, who had served as part of Vincit's extended leadership team, to its executive leadership team. The appointments took effect on July 1, 2026. Following the acquisition of Data Clinic Oy’s business operations, announced in May 2026, Vincit combined its existing SAP Core ERP and data businesses into a new Core, Data & Analytics business area. The new, appointed leadership team members and their roles are as follows: Suvi Albert (MA) joined the company's leadership team and will serve as Business Director of the new Core, Data & Analytics unit. She had been the Business Director of Vincit's SAP Solutions & Core Processes unit since February 2025. Riku Kärkkäinen (M.Sc. (Tech)) joined the company's leadership team and continued as Business Director of the Composable Commerce unit. He had been with the company since 2017 and in his current position since 2025. Jarno Rikama (M.Sc. (Tech)) joined the company's leadership team and continued as Business Director of the Digital Solutions unit. He had served in this position since January 2026. Vincit Oyj (HLSE:VINCIT) signed an agreement to acquire Data Clinic Oy €1 million. Vincit Oyj (HLSE:VINCIT) signed an agreement to acquire Data Clinic Oy €1 million on May 25, 2026.The debt-free purchase price of the business is €1 million, of which 85% will be paid in cash and 15% in Vincit Plc shares. The share consideration will be transferred to the seller from Vincit's treasury shares. In addition to the fixed purchase price, the arrangement includes a conditional additional purchase price. The earn-out is tied to the revenue development of the acquired business in 2026, and it will be paid entirely in cash 12 months after the completion of the transaction, provided that the set targets are met. The cash consideration will be financed with Vincit's existing cash assets.
For the period ending December 31, 2025, Data Clinic Oy reported total revenue of €1 million and EBITDA of €0.2 million. With the acquisition, Data Clinic’s founding team and experts will transfer to Vincit.
The transaction is expected to be completed by June 15, 2026.
