The company offers marine gas oil, aviation fuel, mining diesel and lubricants, raw bitumen, polymer modified, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and auto LP gas, premix fuel, and jet fuel; GOCARD; and fuel coupons. It also operates lube bay, fuel retailing, and non-fuels and convenience retail businesses. In addition, the company provides bunkering services, such as cargo sourcing, marketing, and credit management. Further, it is involved in operating as a bulk importer, storage facility, supplier, distributor, and trader of petroleum products; oil and gas operations; production, sale, and marketing of bitumen products; and provision of consultancy and related support, electronic payments, money transfers, and other IT-related business services. The company was formerly known as Ghana Oil Company. GOIL Plc was incorporated in 1960 and is based in Accra, Ghana.
