Initiates Patent Process for MASQTM Governance and Security Framework Integrated Cyber Solutions Inc. announced the initiation of the patent process for MASQTM (Machine Action Security Quotient), a next-generation governance and security framework designed for AI agents and autonomous AI systems. MASQTM is being developed to help organizations define, manage and enforce what information AI agents are permitted to access, what actions they are authorized to perform, and how sensitive internal agent context, memory and reasoning environments are protected during interactions with APIs, MCP servers, enterprise tools, skills and external systems. Designed to address rising security, governance and operational risks resulting from the rapid deployment of AI agents across enterprise environments, MASQTM is designed to provide governance and control over agent permissions and authorized actions, access to enterprise systems and data environments, interactions with APIs, external tools and MCP servers, and protection of sensitive information contained within agent context windows, internal attention states and reasoning environments. The Company has engaged intellectual property counsel to support the development and protection of MASQTM. The company issued 5,015,000 units at an issue price of CAD 0.50 for gross proceeds of CAD 2,507,500. Integrated Cyber Solutions Inc. announced that it expects to receive CAD 2 million in funding Integrated Cyber Solutions Inc. announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 4,000,000 units in the capital of the Company at a price of CAD 0.50 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of CAD 2,000,000 on April 7, 2026. Each Unit will consist of one (1) common share of the Company and one-half of one (1/2) common share purchase warrant. Each Warrant will be exercisable to purchase one additional Share at an exercise price of CAD 0.75 for a term of two years from the date of issuance thereof. The Unit Shares, Warrants and Warrant Shares issued pursuant to the offering will be subject to a four month hold period pursuant to securities laws in Canada. Any participation by insiders in the offering will constitute a related party transaction under Multilateral Instrument 61-101. The closing of the offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the submission of all required forms to the Canadian Securities Exchange. The offering is expected to close on April 17, 2026, or on such other date or dates in one or more tranches as may be determined by the Company.
