Eucalyptus Resources Issues Letter to Shareholders of TNR Gold

On August 28, 2026, Eucalyptus Resources Opportunities Fund 1, LP, together with Jon Christian Evensen and Alicia Cauteruccio Evensen, issued a letter to the shareholders of TNR Gold Corp. in advance of the Company's upcoming annual general and special meeting of shareholders scheduled for September 22, 2026, arguing that the Company is being run as a family business and calling for the replacement of the current board with a slate of independent nominees.
