Verses Ai Inc. Announces Executive Changes VERSES AI Inc. accepted the resignation of James Hendrickson, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Hari Thiruvengada, Chief Technology Officer, as the result of disagreements with the Board of Directors regarding, among other matters, the Company's compensation practices, including the non-payment of earned wages to certain W-2 employees, including himself. VERSES AI Inc. accepted the resignation of Karl Friston, Chief Science Officer. VERSES AI Inc. terminated its licensing agreement with Prodigii AI, LLC, and will not continue its relationship with the major global investment firm. Announcement • Apr 23
Verses Ai Inc. Expands Genius Platform Integration with Major Global Investment Firm VERSES AI Inc. announced an additional expansion and extension of its relationship with a major global investment firm. The Company will extend its existing consulting arrangement to further embed Genius in the customer organization. In this phase, VERSES will work with investment and risk management team members at the investment firm to further assess the effectiveness of using VERSES models within their existing process workflows. This work will build on the previous phase, in which VERSES developed an active inference causal model of financial markets to inform asset allocation decisions. VERSES first worked with this investment firm in early 2025, then upgraded to a Genius enterprise license in June 2025, and further extended the relationship in September 2025. Board Change • Apr 16
