Ipsen S.A., a biopharmaceutical company, develops and commercializes medicines in the areas of oncology, rare disease, and neuroscience in North America, Europe, and internationally. Its oncology products include Somatuline for the treatment of neuroendocrine tumors; Cabometyx, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor to treat advanced tumor that affecting kidney; Onivyde, an irinotecan liposome injection for the treatment of metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma; Somatuline Autogel for the treatment of neuroendocrine tumors; and Ojemda, a Type II RAF kinase inhibitor of BRAF that is in phase III clinical trial for the treatment of pediatric low-grade glioma tumor. It also develops IPN01195, IPN60300, and IPN01203, which are in phase I clinical trial for the treatment of solid tumors; and IPN60340, BTN3A T cell activator that is in Phase II clinical trial for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia. In addition, the company develops products for rare disease comprising Bylvay for the treatment of Biliary atresia; Iqirvo, a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor agonist to treat primary biliary cholangitis; and Elafibranor, a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor a/d agonist for the treatment of primary sclerosing cholangitis. Further, it develops Corabotase, a recombinant neuroinhibitory for the treatment of glabellar, forehead, and lateral canthal lines; adult upper limb spasticity; migraine; cervical dystonia; and chronic and episodic migraine diseases. Ipsen S.A. was founded in 1929 and is headquartered in Paris, France.
