Star Diamond Corporation announced that it expects to receive CAD 0.5 million in funding from Spirit Resources S.À R.L. Star Diamond Corporation entered into a convertible loan agreement with Spirit Resources s.a.r.l. for the private placement to issue unsecured loan for principal amount of CAD 500,000 for the proceeds of CAD 500,000 on April 29, 2026. The Loan bears interest at a rate of 12% per annum and matures one year after the drawdown date of April 28, 2026.
