Marusan Securities Co., Ltd. announced that the renewal of the 'Countermeasures to Large-Scale Acquisition of the Company’s Shares, etc. (Takeover Countermeasures)' was approved as resolved at the 106th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 19, 2026. The company also announced that, at the Board of Directors meeting held after the conclusion of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the company elected four members of the Special Committee pertaining to the Countermeasures.
