Roland Corporation and Roland Europe Group Limited Announces Resolution of Lawsuit Filed by Elisabetta Sciallis Roland Corporation had previously announced in its notice dated December 23, 2022, that collective proceedings were filed with the Competition Appeal Tribunal in UK against Roland Corporation and its subsidiary, Roland Europe Group Limited (Reading, UK). The Lawsuit was filed by Elisabetta Sciallis (London, UK), seeking an aggregate award of damages on behalf of those who purchased electronic drum kits and related components and accessories manufactured by the Company and supplied in the UK between January 7, 2011 and September 30, 2015 and those who purchased Electronic Drum Kits, etc. and any other electronic musical product manufactured by the Company and supplied in the UK between October 1, 2015 and April 17, 2019. REG and the Company had been served with collective proceedings claim on December 16, 2022 and September 21, 2023, respectively. Following a case management conference held by the Tribunal on March 19, 2026, the Lawsuit had been progressing through pre-certification procedures. However, on June 3, 2026, the Plaintiff notified the Tribunal of its intention to withdraw the Lawsuit, and, upon the Tribunal's approval of such withdrawal on July 13, 2026, the Lawsuit was concluded. The impact of this resolution of the Lawsuit on the Company’s consolidated financial results is immaterial, and there is no change to the Company's financial forecast.
