GreenMobility A/S (CPSE:GREENM) commences share repurchases on July 17, 2026, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on April 22, 2026. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to DKK 50 million worth of its common stock. The shares will be repurchased at a minimum price per share not more than 5 % below the market price on Nasdaq Copenhagen at the time of acquisition and maximum price not more than 5 % above the market price on Nasdaq Copenhagen at the time of acquisition.
