The company offers bathwares, such as water closets, wash basins, bidets, and urinals; and accessories, including faucets, kitchens, bath and shower, gully covers, water geysers, disabled accessories, linear gratings, hand dryers and soap dispensers, instant water heaters, and flush valves, as well as kitchen, bathroom, and plumbing accessories. It is also involved in the mining, processing, and sale of raw materials for tiles and ceramic products; provision of management services to plantation industry; marketing of raw materials for ceramic industry; manufacture and sale of tile grout and mortar; manufacturing and trading of aluminum extrusions and corrugated cartons; and property holding activities. In addition, the company manufactures and markets sanitary ware and agricultural products, as well as paper sacks for packing; and offers financial solutions. It operates through a network of showrooms, hybrid showrooms, franchise showrooms, factory outlets, dealers, tiler club, call centres, websites, exhibitions, apps, e-commerce platform, print, digital and social media, and distributors.
