The company also provides SME finance products, such as auto, vehicle, group, housing, business development, mortgage, gold, and flex loans; motorbike, second hand vehicle, three wheel, light truck, and tractor and agri equipment leasing; residential and commercial property loan; loan against fixed deposit; green financing; loan against fixed deposit; speed draft; capital leasing; and micro loans and leases. In addition, it offers working capital products comprising short term loans, purchase order facility, and margin trading; and alternative financing, such as trade, import, property/project, and business and working capital financing services. Further, the company offers resident and non-resident foreign currency accounts; inward investment account; and ATM, and debit and credit cards, as well as fleet management; factoring; invoice, debtor cheque, and client cheque discounting services. The company was formerly known as Lanka Orix Finance PLC and changed its name to LOLC Finance PLC in August 2015. The company was incorporated in 2001 and is based in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka. LOLC Finance PLC is a subsidiary of LOLC Property Ten (Pvt) Ltd.
