The company involved in the investment and management of listed, private equity, fixed income, and unit trust investments; production and sale of palm oil, palm kernel, and fresh fruit bunches; and manufacture, marketing, and sale of refined oils and specialty fats to the bakery, chocolate and confectionery, ice cream, and creamer industries, as well as cooking oil products to end consumers. It also imports, brews, and markets beers and spirits; rents office and warehouse premises for commercial purposes; and owns and operates a hotel under the Pegasus Reef Hotel name, as well as provides business outsourcing and support services. It serves corporate, government, wholesale, and retail customers. Bukit Darah PLC was incorporated in 1916 and is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
