Concordia Silver Company S.A. DE C.V. acquired Auxico Resources S.A. de C.V. from Auxico Resources Canada Inc. (CNSX:AUAG) for $0.20 million. Concordia Silver Company S.A. DE C.V.acquired Auxico Resources S.A. de C.V. from Auxico Resources Canada Inc. (CNSX:AUAG) for $0.20 million on August 13, 2025. The transaction follows the option agreement previously announced on April 10, 2025, and was completed through the transfer of all issued and outstanding shares to entities controlled by Concordia Silver Company S.A. de C.V.

Auxico Resources Canada Inc. Announces Board and Committee Changes Auxico Resources Canada Inc. announced the return of Richard Boudreault to its Board of Directors. Richard Boudreault brings over 40 years of leadership experience as an entrepreneur, scientist, and executive across advanced materials, clean technology, natural resources, aerospace, AI, and photonics sectors. As a former CEO of Orbite Aluminae (2005 to 2014), he raised over CAD 140 million and grew the company to a CAD 500 million valuation at exit. Mr. Boudreault holds 124 patents, has authored over 120 scientific publications, and has served on more than 30 boards including Atomic Energy of Canada Limited and Polar Knowledge Canada. Currently an adjunct professor at École Polytechnique Montréal and the University of Waterloo, he serves as Vice- Chair of Aurora College, chairs the Aurora Research Insitute Advisory Board, and leads key committees at the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique (INRS) while contributing to the boards of Prima Québec and Deep-Tech Canada. Kenneth "Buzz" West – Chairman of the Board: Mr. West's experience includes being General Manager of the Middle East & Africa at Reuters and more recently, Founder and Chairman of Kingswood Holdings, wealth managers with circa £12 billion in fum. He was also Chair at the leading Loss Adjustor, GAB Robins, where he oversaw its trade sale to Crawford and Co in the U.S. Dan Amadori – Director and Chair of the Audit Committee: Mr. Amadori, Founder of Lamerac Financial Corp., has led over 125 transactions, totaling roughly $1.75 billion, across diverse sectors, and offers extensive expertise in corporate finance, supported by credentials from McGill University, Western Business School, and professional designations as a CPA and ICD.D.
