The Provision of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Services engages in performance of EPC 2 activities in the area of substations, irrigation infrastructure works and photovoltaic parks; It provides DOEV Division (Green Energy & BESS); DOLI Division (International tendering); and DOA Division (Contracts for Work/EPC). The IT services software development segment engages in provision of software development services. The company was founded in 1991 and is based in Botosani, Romania.
