Chiho Environmental Group Limited Announces Management Changes, Effective July 10, 2026 Chiho Environmental Group Limited announced that Mr. Wun Chun Yip tendered his resignation as the company secretary and ceased to act as an authorised representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and as an authorised representative for accepting service of process or notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) with effect from July 10, 2026. After his resignation, Mr. Wun will no longer hold any position in the Group. Following the resignation of Mr. Wun, Mr. Chan Chiu Hung Alex was appointed as company secretary and authorised representative with effect from July 10, 2026. Mr. Chan Chiu Hung Alex, aged 60, has over 20 years of experience in managing companies listed in Hong Kong or overseas. He has been a joint company secretary of CMON Limited since October 2025, a joint company secretary of Hua Xia Water Group Limited (formerly known as Stream Ideas Group Limited) from January 2025 to October 2025, and company secretary since October 2025 and a joint company secretary of KNT Holdings Limited since November 2024. Mr. Chan was a company secretary of CBK Holdings Limited from April 2021 to September 2024. He was an independent non-executive director of Allegro Culture Limited (formerly known as Kingkey Intelligence Culture Holdings Limited) from March 2016 to August 2025, and an independent non-executive director of China New Holdings Limited (formerly known as Royal Century Resources Holdings Limited) from September 2015 to October 2023. Mr. Chan obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (honours) degree in finance from the Hong Kong Baptist University in 1990, and completed an advance diploma in specialist taxation from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2012. Mr. Chan is currently a fellow member of The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom, a fellow member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Chiho Environmental Group Limited Announces Management Changes, Effective May 28, 2026 Chiho Environmental Group Limited announced that Ms. Xu Jiayuan tendered her resignation as the company secretary and ceased to act as an authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and as an authorised representative for accepting service of process or notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from May 28, 2026. Ms. Xu confirmed that she had no disagreement with the Board and there were no matters relating to her resignation that needed to be brought to the attention of the Stock Exchange or the shareholders of the Company. Following the resignation of Ms. Xu, Mr. Wun Chun Yip was appointed as company secretary and authorised representative with effect from May 28, 2026. Mr. Wun, aged 51, has over 20 years’ managerial working experience in direct investment, project management, corporate finance and financial management and held various managerial positions in companies listed in Hong Kong and Singapore. Mr. Wun obtained a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Melbourne and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Adelaide. He is also a certified public accountant of both Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and CPA Australia. Mr. Wun served as the company secretary and authorised representative of Man Sang International Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange from November 2024 to May 2025. Chiho Environmental Group Limited Announces Resignation of Executive Director Liu Yongxin, Effective January 15, 2026 Chiho Environmental Group Limited announced that Mr. Liu Yongxin resigned as an executive director of the Company with effect from January 15, 2026 due to his other work commitments. As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises Executive Directors: Mr. Tu Jianhua, Mr. Qin Yongming (Chairman), and Mr. Ju Qinghao; Independent Non-Executive Directors: Prof. Li Zhiguo, Mr. Szeto Yuk Ting, and Ms. Leung Pui Yee.
