Ravileela Granites Limited Announces Management Changes, Effective July 28, 2026 Ravileela Granites Limited held a board meeting on July 28, 2026 and approved the appointment of Ms. Parvatha Harshini Reddy (DIN: 06948591) as Additional Director (Non-Executive and Non-Independent), liable to retire by rotation, pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, with effect from July 28, 2026 until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Parvatha Harshini Reddy has served as an Executive business leader with over 12 years of experience driving growth across manufacturing, healthcare, and business transformation. She currently leads Sales & Marketing for QuartzKraft LLP and Ravileela Granites, overseeing ?130 crore in annual export revenue, product innovation, strategic partnerships, and commercial operations across North America and Europe. She is passionate about building globally competitive manufacturing businesses and preparing to assume a broader leadership role across the family’s diversified industrial enterprises, including MTAR Technologies, a publicly listed precision engineering company with a market capitalization of ?24,536 crore and FY26 revenue of ?876.21 crore. The Board of Directors also approved the constitution of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee of the Board with effect from July 28, 2026, in accordance with the provisions of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014. The composition of the CSR Committee is as follows: Mr. Hari Prasad Atluri - Chairperson, Mr. Sorabh Chinoy Kersasp - Member and Mrs. Parvatha Harshini Reddy - Member. The Board approved the terms of reference of the CSR Committee as prescribed under the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder. The Board appointed Mrs. Rashida Hatim Adenwala, Practicing Company Secretary, Founder Partner at R & A Associates, Hyderabad, to act as Scrutinizer to scrutinize E-Voting process (remote e-voting and e-voting at AGM) at the ensuing AGM in a fair and transparent manner.
