He possesses over 9 years of experience in the fields of handling compliances under various Corporate Laws, listing agreement; for Initial Public Issues, Rights Issues, Bonus Issues, Preferential Allotments, QIPs, Takeover of Listed & unlisted companies, etc. CS Himanshu Togadiya started own practice in the field of Corporate Laws. Presently, he is a practicing Company Secretary, in the field of Corporate Laws, SEBI matters, regular compliances and consultancy services to various renowned Companies. He has diversified experience in the Field of Corporate and allied consultancy to various industries including leading companies from India.
