Maheshkumar Jatashankar Thanki, Bhargav Girjashankar Thanki, Bhavin Harihar Thanki, Kalpana Ashwinkumar Thanki, Hema Bhargav Thanki, Gautam Ashwinkumar Thanki completed the acquisition of 62.99% stake in Glittek Granites Limited (BSE:513528) from Manjula Agarwal, Tushar Agarwal, Ashoke Agarwal, Ashoke Agarwal & Others HU and Kosen Ventures Private Limited.

Maheshkumar Jatashankar Thanki, Bhargav Girjashankar Thanki, Bhavin Harihar Thanki, Kalpana Ashwinkumar Thanki, Hema Bhargav Thanki, Gautam Ashwinkumar Thanki signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 62.99% stake in Glittek Granites Limited (BSE:513528) from Manjula Agarwal, Tushar Agarwal, Ashoke Agarwal, Ashoke Agarwal & Others HU and Kosen Ventures Private Limited for approximately 206.8 million on January 6, 2026. A cash consideration, INR 12.65 per share will be paid by the buyer. As part of consideration, INR 206.8 million is paid towards 16.35 million common equity of Glittek Granites Limited. In a related transaction, Maheshkumar Jatashankar Thanki, Bhargav Girjashankar Thanki, Bhavin Harihar Thanki, Kalpana Ashwinkumar Thanki, Gautam Ashwinkumar Thanki and Hema Bhargav Thanki proposed to acquire 26% stake in Glittek Granites Limited for INR 85.4 million. Upon completion of the Offer, assuming full acceptances in the offer, the Acquirers and PAC will hold 23.1 million Equity Shares representing 88.99% of the Equity Share Capital of the Target Company. The transaction is subject to approval by regulatory board / committee. As of May 12, 2026, Glittek Granites Limited , has constituted the committee of Independent Directors for recommendation of Open Offer. Bathiya Legal acted as legal advisor and JKJS & Co. LLP acted as Accountant for the Acquirers. Maheshkumar Jatashankar Thanki, Bhargav Girjashankar Thanki, Bhavin Harihar Thanki, Kalpana Ashwinkumar Thanki, Hema Bhargav Thanki, Gautam Ashwinkumar Thanki completed the acquisition of 62.99% stake in Glittek Granites Limited (BSE:513528) from Manjula Agarwal, Tushar Agarwal, Ashoke Agarwal, Ashoke Agarwal & Others HU and Kosen Ventures Private Limited on June 26, 2026.
