Radhe Dhokla Private Limited, Pandav Dishant Kanubhai, Nikunj Vijaybhai Prajapati, Pandav Jinesh Kanaiyalal and Pandav Pradipkumar Vijaybhai entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 74.40% stake in Shantai Industries Limited (BSE:512297) from Disha Murli Sawlani, Harish Fatandas Sawlani, Murli Fatandas Sawlani, Reena Harish Sawlani and Vasudev Fatandas Sawlani for INR 64.17 million. Radhe Dhokla Private Limited, Pandav Dishant Kanubhai, Nikunj Vijaybhai Prajapati, Pandav Jinesh Kanaiyalal and Pandav Pradipkumar Vijaybhai entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 74.40% stake in Shantai Industries Limited (BSE:512297) from Disha Murli Sawlani, Harish Fatandas Sawlani, Murli Fatandas Sawlani, Reena Harish Sawlani and Vasudev Fatandas Sawlani for INR 64.17 million on February 13, 2026. A cash consideration of INR 64.17 million valued at INR 11.5 per share will be paid by the buyers. Radhe Dhokla Private Limited will acquire 66.4% Shantai Industries Limited. In a related transaction Radhe Dhokla Private Limited, Pandav Dishant Kanubhai, Nikunj Vijaybhai Prajapati, Pandav Jinesh Kanaiyalal and Pandav Pradipkumar Vijaybhai offered to acquire 25.60% in Shantai Industries Limited.
