The company also provides project management services consisting of the determination of the project’s specifications, realization and supervision of studies, selection of the appropriate developers, drafting of contractual terms and conditions, project management during construction, and supervision and coordination of the project. In addition, it offers a range of consultative services for the public and private sector in the field of real estate; and supervision/management of real estate comprising rent collection, monitoring the observance of building regulations, the observance of contractual obligations, and real estate inspection services. The company also provides property management and development services for private owners, as well as offers technical consultant’s advice. It provides its services to third-party customers, that includes corporations, private individuals, organizations, insurance funds, etc. The company was formerly known as Alpha Astika Akinita S.A. Alpha Real Estate Services S.A. was incorporated in 1942 and is based in Athens, Greece. Alpha Astika Akinita S.A. operates as a subsidiary of Alpha Group Investments Ltd.
