Invert Graphite Limited engages in the acquisition of mineral projects in Australia. The company holds an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Tanzania Project which consist of three granted mineral exploration licenses covering approximately 225 kilometer square and five applications for mineral exploration licenses covering approximately 161 kilometer square; and the White Hill licenses located in the South Australia. It also holds an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Morogoro Graphite Project located in Tanzania. The company was formerly known as Dominion Minerals Limited and changed its name to Invert Graphite Limited in January 2025. Invert Graphite Limited was incorporated in 2002 and is based in Sydney, Australia.
