Felix Group Holdings Ltd Announces Appointment of Stephen Hunter as Chief Financial Officer, Effective August 17, 2026 Felix Group Holdings Ltd. announced that it appointed Mr. Stephen Hunter as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hunter will commence his role with Felix on August 17, 2026, succeeding James Frayne, who will step down after ensuring a smooth transition of financial reporting, audit, investor relations and Company Secretariat responsibilities. Mr. Hunter (CPA, GAICD, BBus) will report to Felix's Chief Executive Officer, Chris Atkin. He brings over 15 years' senior finance experience across ASX, NYSE and FTSE-listed companies, private equity and venture capital-backed SaaS businesses. Mr. Hunter is currently CFO & Company Secretary of the Ainslie Group of Companies and was previously Vice-President and Regional Leader, Asia-Pacific for Accruent LLC. He was also previously CFO & Company Secretary of venture-backed SaaS company RedEye Apps, leading its sale to Accruent, and spent close to five years in senior commercial finance roles at ASX-listed TechnologyOne Limited.
