XXXLutz Kicks Off Delisting Offer for Home24 Austrian group XXXLutz has launched an offer of EUR 7.50 (USD 8.26) per share in cash to delist home24 SE (XTRA:H24), according to a statement published on July 28, 2023. XXXLutz and the three entities related to it, RAS Beteiligungs GmbH, LSW GmbH and SGW-Immo-GmbH, have already secured a total stake of about 94.96% in Home24. The delisting offer will run until September 8, 2023. After making it private, XXXLutz will continue to support Home24 in seizing growth opportunities, the investor said. According to the statement, Home24's management board backs the delisting offer. XXXLutz closed in April a takeoveroffer for Home24, valuing the furniture retailer at about EUR 229 million.
