Enlightify Inc. to Be Delisted from NYSE Following Non-Compliance with Listing Standards On October 13, 2025, Enlightify Inc. received notice from the New York Stock Exchange that the NYSE has determined to commence proceedings to delist the Company’s common stock from the NYSE. The NYSE determined that the Company was no longer in compliance with the NYSE’s continued listing standard set forth in Section 802.01B of the NYSE Listed Company Manual, which requires listed companies to maintain an average global market capitalization over a consecutive 30 trading day period of at least $15,000,000.
